George Geng On Lee - Minorities in Leadership Scholarship 2008

Am I Eligible?
Minority students graduating from high school, or who are full time undergraduate students enrolled at a 4 year institution are eligible to apply. There is no application fee.
What Should I Send?
1. Minorities in Leadership Scholarship Application
2. Cover Letter
3. Professional Resume
4. Official High School and/or College Transcript
5. Minorities in Leadership Essay (1000 words or less)
6. Proof of US Citizenship or Permanent Residency (ex. Copy of US Passport or Valid State ID) To be submitted if selected as scholarship recipient
7. Letter of Recommendation (Minimum one letter from a teacher, supervisor, or equivalent)
Essay Topic
In 1000 words or less, please explain why you should be selected as a recipient of our George Geng On Lee - Minorities in Leadership Scholarship. Use your experiences within school, work and home to display the challenges you faced as a minority and show how you overcame adversity to exemplify a minority in a leadership role.
In addition, please state how your career goals and future aspirations will build you as a future minority leader.
