INTERPRET A DREAM
Our Interpret the Dream Program aims to help high school and college students figure out how to effectively pursue their career goals by matching them with mentors working in their fields of interest. Through a series of one-on-one meetings, mentor and mentees can openly discuss the challenges and attractions of their careers, and the steps required to turn their dream job into a reality.
Once a mentor and mentee have been matched up, Capture the Dream, Inc. organizes the initial meeting. We help facilitate the discussion by providing students with a handout of key questions, but students are expected to do their own research beforehand. Parents and guardians are welcome to attend, or, if desired, CTD can provide a mentorship facilitator.
If you would like to participate as either a mentor or a mentee, please fill out an application. Capture the Dream, Inc. staff will contact you within 48 hours to assist you in interpreting your dream.
