CAPTURE A DREAM
Our Capture a Dream program awards gift contributions to underserved children to help them realize their dreams. We've touched over 500 children -- and counting -- with awards covering everything from basic art supplies to tickets to see their sports heroes live and in person.
Each gift means more than just a paintbrush or a book or a baseball game: Even the smallest grant represents the ongoing support of the community, and our dedication to helping the children who need us most.
In addition, each gift embraces the value of education, arts, sports, and culture to encourage and motivate children in a time of need. Each dream captured increases the self-esteem, confidence, and sense of self-worth of a child to provide a positive, enriching experience that they may bring with them throughout the rest of their lives. Moreover, research has shown that there is a strong correlation between positive intervention during childhood and a continued focus on education and success.
